I've been a loyal customer to this nail bar because I've had great service over the years.

The most recent change of staff - Boss Man and Boss Lady, parents to the most gorgeous dog who keeps customers happy. A good service for sure BUT ....

Please, could you honour the appointment time as much as possible. Despite appointment time, I have waited nearly half hour to be seen.
